We advise and represent companies and individuals in all types of labor matters, such as termination of employment relationships, benefits, hiring, collective agreements and union negotiations. Likewise, we have experience in the planning, drafting and implementation of participation plans, benefits, internal labor regulations and employer substitution. In order for these companies to effectively manage their labor relations, we offer guidance on all the requirements stipulated in the Federal Labor Law and on those related to Safety and Hygiene at work.

Finally, we actively participate before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, litigating for our clients in individual and collective conflicts.
